PC broken.

So i got thrown out and my pc made its way into my garage thanks to my dad and over the past few weeks its been in there. Tried to power it on today all fans start but there's no beep from the speaker and nothing happens. there's no output or anything. Ive reset the bios via the motherboard jumper and still no avail. anyone know what might have hap pend and what i should check ?

PS i think the colds done something to it maby but i made sure it wasn't damp etc before turning it on. (i don't think it could have got damp anyway)

also cd drive wont open

Psu problem, because the cd drive won't open.

What PSU and motherboard/how old is it?
Failing capacitors don't like cold.

Also if PC has been moved around you should check/reseat components.

held power button for 60 seconds with power cable unplugged it booted i setup the bios again it restarted but now its doing the same thing but the cd drive will now open.

just reset the bios again its now booted into windows, its puzzling me what this is... all temps etc seem fine. maby it just needed to warm up
