PC Build for a friend

Hi

My mate is looking at getting his first PC, his budget is around 800-900 but a lot of pre-builts are more expensive. Best case would have been something with a 5800X3D. He's not really one for building on his own.
 
I'd try and increase budget a little, you could always opt to get the system without Windows too which would save £100 + on it.

It's easy enough to install via USB and OEM keys can be found very cheap.

If he was willing to try a self build, you can just about put together an AM5 rig with 32gb of RAM for around the £1000 mark. You'd be limited to an 8gb 9060 or 5060 but the system would have more upgrade potential/longevity.

He's pretty tight on the budget, only other route would be preowned i think
