Hi I'm about to purchase all the components for my first gaming pc build and thought I'd post here before spending my cash I'm roughly going to spend £800

Case:coolmaster k350

Power supply: corsair 750w psu

Graphics card:geforce 660

Processor: skt1155 intel i5 quad core 3.0ghz 6mb cache

Ram:kingstone 16gb ram (2x8gb)

Hard drives:toshiba 3tb hd and kingston 120gb ssd


Motherboard: asus p8h61 mini itx

Cd RW: Samsung

OS:windows 7 home premium

Couple of things - is that an i5 3570k, and if so why not go for a i5 4670k? Not much price difference, good improvements and it's the latest generation.


Here's a quick spec that you could run off, and you might not need 16gb of RAM unless you are doing major editing of photos/videos etc, saving some money.

Thanks for the replies people and shivy011 it was a i5 3330
Regarding the ram I take 8gb would be fine as I'd just be gaming
And also do overclockers offer next day delivery as I'd be wanting to get the components asap

I am not sure how good a overclocker the MSI board is.

You drop the PSU down to 550w as the MSI is not great for crossfire (2nd slot limited to 4x).

The basket can be used with Google Chrome on the desktop, don't think it works on mobile devices.

naa you want something a bit better the superflower is perfect

The Graphics card and cpu will fine for BF4, Crossfire is running two AMD cards together, i.e. adding a 2nd 270 in the future.
