pc build, not mine (spec me)

Looking for some expert adivice on some parts guide!

Will need CPU, Motherboard, Power Supply, HDD, CPU Cooler, RAM.

Looking at spending around £500 for these and we would like to try and keep it to a colour build of orange and black if possible but if not any build will do.
