PC Crashing when using AMD Install Manager

I am having issues trying to uninstall and re-install the new AMD Drivers, everytime I try and uninstall my PC crashes instantly and the same for when I try to install. I have crossfire HD7950's and am on Win 10 64bit.
The last couple of attempts on installing the drivers it has completed fast but missed out on the Display Driver and says that it has failed downloading on the log but does not give a reason.

Also I have tryed using Ccleaner, AMD Cleanup and DDU and they all cause the PC to crash which means me hard restarting the PC everytime, this happens on both normal and safe mode!

Has anyone got any ideas of what it could be, before I wipe everything off or smash it in?

Also I will mention that I have tryed to install the Anniversary update and my PC crashes and enter a blue screen forcing me to hard restart and when the PC finally restarts it has to restore to its previous state.
 
Maybe dodgy Ram/HD. Try running scans on those.
Do you get an error code with the bsod?
Are you overclocked? remove it and try again if so.

What do I scan them with and no I get no error code just crashes completely, sometimes blue lines go across the screen but that's it...
Yes I am overclocked so can try removing that.
 
Tryed resetting to default but still continues to do the same, also tryed using AMD cleanup and even crashes on that. I really don't understand what is happening...
 
Completely installed windows and deleted all partitions and is still crashing. I have taken apart the PC and got rid of the dust but the problem still persists. DDU crashes whilst removing files and the AMD install manager crashes on 19% everytime. I cannot work out what is going on!
 
Tried both GPU cards singly and restoring CPU to default and still have the crash in both normal and safe mode. I am able to use the PC for normal functions however like going on the internet and going on software. Just seems to be when I scan for hardware or try downloading drivers.
I am starting to lean towards a hardware issue now since I re-installed windows.
Anyone know?

I wonder if it could be the onboard graphics playing up or interfering with the GPU's?
Is that possible and if so how could I disable the onboard graphics without losing the use of the screen before installing the AMD Drivers?
