PC crashing

Can anyone help me out with finding out what is causing these errors in games and when I boot up my PC? I keep getting LiveKernelEvent 141 and BlueScreen errors in event viewer and some games are crashing, after inspecting the dump file with WinDbg it has amdkmdag error.

I borrowed my friend's graphics card and got the same errors, I tried testing one RAM stick at a time and got the same errors, I don't have spare RAM or CPU that I could test unfortunately. I have also done memory tests like Windows Memory Diagnostic and MemTest86 and it come back with no errors for the RAM.

I even reinstalled Windows and GPU drivers and that made no difference, I am not overclocking or undervolting anything, motherboard BIOS and drivers are all up to date, disabling XMP and running RAM at JEDEC speed makes no difference. Changing the PCIe gen speed also makes no difference, me and my friend think it's the CPU causing the errors as it's an Intel 13th gen and it's from my previous PC which was a pre-built, I was having issues with that PC so I built a completely new PC with the CPU being the only original part. Intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs have had instability problems and the PC I bought from Currys was a display PC because it was a closing sale, it was left on all the time and the BIOS hadn't been updated, my friend quickly updated the BIOS for me because he knew about the overvoltage issue, this was a couple of years ago. I previously had an RTX 4070 which was from the pre-built and was installed in the new motherboard, RAM, NVMe, PSU, CPU cooler and had the same issues.

My current specs are: MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk WiFi, Intel Core i7 13700F, AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5 6000 MT/s CL30, WD Black SN850X 2TB NVMe, Crucial NVMe 1TB, Antec HCG 850W 80 Plus Platinum PSU and Phantom Spirit 120 Evo CPU cooler.

Were you having the same kind of issues with the prebuilt?

Do you have any of these symptoms?

Not a good sign.

Do you run any software on your PC that could conflict/crash the graphics driver? Particularly hardware accelerated, or hardware monitoring apps.

It could be worth contacting the manufacturer anyway, but tray CPUs are unlikely to have a warranty with Intel, unfortunately.

If the CPU is the culprit, you could try turning off the turbo mode and setting the PCI-E gen to 3.0.

Yes I was having issues with the pre-built, I remember Google chrome sometimes freezing and slowing my whole PC down and having to restart PC, the CPU was also overheating because of the Intel stock cooler but ti's not overheating now in the new build, it would sometimes crash in games also.

One of the symptoms is micro-stuttering in games and crashes like I said.

I'm not running any software other than the AMD Adrenalin app, I've disabled the Xbox app, Game Bar and any game overlays, disabled startup apps and launchers from startup, I've tried to cut down on bloatware as much as I can.

I did disabled Intel turbo boost and lowered the PCIe gen speed and it still made no difference, it's running at Intel's default settings, not MSI's. I am going to contact Intel and try to get an RMA for it but like you said with it being and OEM CPU they might tell me to go back to Currys, which the warranty is voided and expired anyway and I don't have some of the original parts from the Acer Predator as I sold them.
