PC dead after i accidently unplugged it

Last night i was trying to unplug my monitor but accidentally unplugged my PC while it was switch on. Now it won't power on, i've tried changing the power cable but it's still dead. HELP !!!

That wouldnt kill it or we'd have dead pcs every time there was a power cut

Hi,
This happened to me about 6 months ago, but it was mainly down to a dying PSU. Try changing PSU first then come back if that doesn't work.

FIXED IT !! I disconnect all the PSU cables to the motherboard, plugged them back in and it jumped into life. Weird !

Have had computers like that in the past. One machine would work perfectly, but if you ever pulled the power, rather than shutting it down, it wouldnt restart until you removed the cmos battery. Using the Cmos CLR jumper was insufficient.
