pc error help ?

I had my pc running fine then i blought a 28 inch monitor and connected it via HDMI and now my game i play crashes to desktop so i formated my ssd drive with clean install and game still crashes so i went to event viewer and its showing lots of errors which i dont understand i copied the latest error listed this is what it said .

No crashes the same not loads but the same where as it didn't before i tried the new monitor - here is the details of error from recent crash
