Stalker (hurry an release it)
Rise of Legends
Warhammer Mark of Chaos
Armed Assualt( form what ive read its an updated version of Flashpoint)
And maye just maybe Tomb Raider Legend (will need to play a demo 1st before i can say if its great or not)
+ all the rest that ppl have mentioned above

Edit: forgot to mention Hitman:blodmoney (proberly another game ill need to play a demo of 1st)

fraid not, but there are rumours of an expansion pack for SH3 sometime Brfore SH4 (just avoid something called seawolves, out at the moment)
