There are quite a few apparently "legit" key sellers. The only ones I can vouch for are G2PLAY and direct2play.com.
The most important thing is to make sure the key you get is region free, that way you don't have to go through the hassle of activating it... but if you want them REALLY cheap (usually half the price!) most key sellers, sell Russian keys.
As voorhees1979 says, these can be activated quite easily and without having to give your Steam details to a website (something I would never do due to how many games I have on Steam now).
Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition £4.99 Stupidly low price for this. Would also like Lego Batman, but already have Batman AA, so not much point

Don't seem to have - if anything, the number of these sites and people doing it has grown largely over recent months.

I have only done it once, it was actually only two weeks ago for Dead Island so I guess they havent yet.

I was going to get this as well. Mainly because even though I have the original, none of the nocd patches will work without removing the glide feature. Pain having to keep sticking the disc in the drive to play it.
