I started playing C&C again as I was a massive fan back in the day. Picked up Tiberium Wars and Red Alert 3 for £8 together.

Yes I activated them on Steam myself, I don't have retribution tho

They all are Steamworks so yes if you are given keys. I can also confirm from personal experience that the Retribution key does activate on Steam.
