Well, the DLC was included with it on the first day of the sale. Then they pulled it out. I should have grabbed it then
It's worth it just for Warband alone, in the end if you feel you will like it just pick it up.

It says it's Steamworks, so you'll get a Steam key.
I've also bought a few games from Impulse/Gamestop, no problems with them.

They do not I am afraid, have to use it's own download manager. I tried the keys on Steam but no go.
