trying to get my girlfriend into gaming atm but she only likes the sims games but the expansions are insanely overpriced any of you know of similar games to the sims that she may enjoy without me having to spend a fortune on furniture packs

Grab yourself a DeLorean and fly back to the Autumn sales that ended earlier today and most of the Sims stuff was 50% off both on Origin and Steam. Don't worry though it will likely all be back on sale in the Christmas sales which I would guess to be less than a month away now. ;)

I have a Mrs with similar tastes - couldn't think of anything the same so bought her - Plants V Zombies, World of Goo, Trine 1 & 2, Dungeon Defenders, Super Meat Boy and Torchlight 2. She seesm to enjoy all of them. Oh and Left for Dead 2 (she like this one not so much) :D

Awfully tempting, especially as I can get it cheaper still with the credit I got back for pre-ordering Hitman at a higher price. Though I've barely started Hitman yet so I probably don't need more games!

I also have a bunch of games that I am far from finishing. I am looking forward to this as it appears different to the garbage scripted, on rails shooters around today.
 
That Humble Bundle is cracking. Just for the Company of Heroes games. The others I'm not bothered about.

Shame I've already got them. May support the bundle anyway. Got all the others. :D
 
Just paid over the average for the humble bundle cost me a whopping $5.50 :eek: only game of the bunch ive played is saints row should keep me busy always wanted to play COH.
