*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

Lol has Komedy given up on updating the thread :p

Hardly surprising, really, it's a not a job for one person as it can get really boring and time consuming at some point.

I think we should just agree to a certain layout and post new deals every day in separate posts.

That way we get a clear view of new deals every day/week, get to be updated constantly, deals are posted on first to come first to serve bases so they would be here early in the morning and updated by a different person every day.

We'd always need to put a date and source of deals in the Title, that way it's clearly visible to anyone where we're coming from and the post can be edited as soon as others posts in the thread with new deals.

New day - new posts.

Unrelated posts wouldn't have thread titles and the agreed layout would make it easy to distinguish between the posts to find the important deals. Plus the Search button always helps ;)

Isn't hard to quickly scan the thread, a page or two max each day really, discussion in it is alright at times.

^^ I agree, easy enough to keep an eye on the one thread..

yes single threads are very handy I seem to have found a lot of threads i want to read through today :(

Not once have I mentioned creating another thread?

Just post daily deals separately in easily distinguished posts in this thread and one person would carry the updating of the post for the day.

Just finished the steam demo for Divinity, and really enjoyed it.

The only thing stopping me form buying it, is the SecuROM and the 5 machine activation limit. I guess I hold out and wait to see if it will be removed in the future, and they place it on sale again.

I was looking at Homefront also, but all I see at the moment is people talking about how there are not many servers running. And when you do go on one it's full of people hacking. And the single player experience is like 3 or 4 hours long. That's just way to short for me.

I bought homefront cheap from retail a while back due to a pricing error and glad I didn't pay anywhere near full price for it. The single player is pretty enjoyable as far as FPS games go and lends from the COD MW games heavily but the single player is literally 3 hours long. It has 6 levels on it and thats it and none of them are particularly difficult. Because its a steamworks game that has only just been released on steam, the multiplayer is dead in the water due to a truly retarded launch.

Hi, registered just to say THANKYOU for the MW2 offer at currys, got there in time as it was the last one lol. Absolutely awesum site with great members.

Once again, MANY THANX

Just Cause 2 is £3.49 on gamersgate for a daily deal. I think I saw Brink at Tesco for £16 a couple of days ago but I don't play multiplayer so didn't pick it up.
