Anyone know when the next Steam sale is likely to be? I've been watching a Lets Play of Fallout 3 on youtube and its made me want to buy it and New Vegas to give them a go. But there still £15 and £30. I'd sooner wait if theres a chance they might be cheaper in a sale.

Anyone who has played through the whole AC series,

I personally only have AC1, 2 and 3. Should i get brotherhood and revelations or are they just side stories that not pertinent to the main game?

AC1 is new and interesting. It's a bit raw frankly.
AC2 introduces a better character and has some good new innovations, it defines the series.
AC2: Brotherhood I think is the best of the series. It's a polished version of AC2 with more open world and less freedom.
AC2: Revelations I found very disappointing
AC3: will wait for a sale.

You can pick New Vegas Ultimate Edition in a box for under £15, and its a Steamcode anyway.

I know someone with spare codes for both, but who can't use the members market yet ;)

Rome total war GOLD £1.49

http://future-publishing.msgf.net/q/1prYm0vLqQ3zF/wv

Come free with latest version of PC gamer, which is a reduced cost to celebrate its 250th anniversary

As well as offering our 250th issue for half price, we're also giving you a FREE Steam download of Rome: Total War Gold Edition. That includes both the original game and its Barbarian Invasion expansion, and we awarded it a massive 95% - one of the highest scores we've ever given to a strategy game

Just a quick reminder for people, this offer runs out on 28th Feb.

Doesn't look like you can use the code as a Steam gift sadly, otherwise I'd have bought a spare copy.
