By the looks of things no, it does not work on steam (i.e. it's not a steamworks game). Looking at other steamworks games on the website such as Borderlands 2 and Aliens vs. Predator, they have an exclamation mark with Steam underneath the title showing it is activated on Steam.
Is this the Limited Edition with all DLC? I believe Green Man Gaming have it for £35.99 which includes all DLC which can be found HERE

Thanks I did think that, just wanted a 2nd opinion as this game has been on my Steam wish list for sometime..
I guess this gives me time to play my other 623 games and maybe complete some... 'Sighh'

That's only the limited edition and does not include the london/paris/berlin style packs. You can only get that through Origin.
