I think its a good move personally, should stop most of the resellers (on eBay etc) making money off the codes.

aagh - everything in my body tells me not to buy yet another COD

that said - I'm still tempted - have always gone 360 in the past - but now thats hardly ever turned on and has no "gold membership" tempted with it on PC
