Sorry for the noob question but never bought a humble bundle before so on the WB bundle if i pay more than the $4.62 i will get The Lord if the rings steely dawn starter pack as well as the other games listed .its the only bit i really want tbh lol

Damn. I bought the WB bundle last week but didn't want the extra games so I paid below the average. Now F.E.A.R. is available and I can't get it
you can add to your amount to beat the average and get the extra games.

I think that depends on your payment method. I use paypal so I get paypal's exchange rate. If you use your credit/debit card then I guess you get your bank's exchange rate.
