Fallout 3 is best on PC of course but a good chunk of users can't get past the first 20 minutes due to Bethesda not bothering to sort it for Windows 7, myself and tons of users on here included.

is it patched now? im on 8.1 dont fancy getting it then it crashes like when i went for 100% on la noire

Shadow Warrior $10 on Amazon.com right now. Works out to about £6.10.

Even if it goes 75% off on Steam, it's still cheaper to get the code through Amazon!

i had new vegas but couldnt get into it, wasnt as good as 3 am i wrong, feel like picking 3 up for pc run as its a good game and meant to run better on pc not ps3

I liked them both, although New Vegas takes a while to get started.

Not everyone had issues though, I played a silly amount of hours using Windows 7 with no issues as did others in this thread. It seems to be something a little more specific than just Windows 7.

Still bust for me, tbf though if it drops to £3 then might as hell have a go and see!

Well no, that's why I said a good chunk, as in more than there should be. Not sure what it could possibly be if not W7, everyone I've seen have issues with it all have vastly different rigs. Bethesda even admitted it was a W7 issue, it's on the store page, but they never fixed it. :p

Yeah they are well worth it, plus there are plenty of mods about if you like that sort of things. Something you don't get on the PS3.

As with all Steam sales the golden rule is to wait until they are on the Daily Deal if you are worried about them eventually going cheaper.

It isn't fixed, but there is a mod/work around that apparently fixes it. Here's the link http://steamcommunity.com/app/22370/discussions/0/828935672398031515/#c828935672602198072 (post #6). Second part of the fix is similar to the Windows 7 fix.

I'm playing through Fallout 3 at the moment and I absolutely love it. So much game for your money!!

With MP 1 + 2 make sure you have latest ATi drivers (otherwise they won't start and you need to kill the process) if using an ATi card and you probs need to set them both to run in win 98 mode. I know I do with the Steam versions on win 8.

Rome 2 looks almost tempting at £15...

Mass Effect 3 for £4 might get me too. I would like to settle my unfinished business with the series.

Trouble is ME3 will probably just annoy me with the whole 'ending business' and I'm loath to reward Creative Assembly with even £15.

picked up walking dead on GMG for a fiver. i keep looking every four hours at the deal, always think i am going to miss out of something big while i am out/asleep haha
