Cheers mate! I never thought to check Origin (doh!) Cheapest I had found prior was £19.99, but that was a disc version.

Has anyone got a link for that COD deal, tried to find it but couldn't see it, I'm probably just being really blind here, but the only one for £3.50 was a seller and it was the CD version..

Its the mac version but it does state in the description that steam is required.
But Game had a similar offer and it didnt work on steam so itll be a gamble but may be possible to get a refund etc due to the description.

Just bought it myself, just press download later, and it sends a product key to your email address. I can confirm Mac key works on PC.

Why does steam still go down during sale time?
You'd think they'd learn from past sales and upgrade their servers or something
Why? It's a temporary issue, probably isn't worth them investing a load of money in servers just for the sake of a couple of weeks a year.

I see Anno 2070 Complete is on sale on Steam today ... do you still require an always on internet connection (DRM) to play Anno 2070 ?

Steam seem to be getting outdone in the sales this year. Though I thought no they were the pioneers of these sales, they just don't seem to be making many of those killer deals we used to see.
Not true. Am buying things, but the deals just aren't what they used to be, plus I am buying a lot of things places other than steam.
Quite curious to tally up all the games have bought in last month or. So once sales over.

Have to disagree also, Greenmangaming and amazon us have been so much better once again. Used to love steam sales but the only do good offers on the same games sale after sale, never anything amazing like the old days.
