Any idea when the GMG 50 games sale started? Apparently each wave of games is updated every 72 hours, I'm waiting for GTA IV to make an appearance. Interested in the 30 indie games thing as well, purely for Hotline Miami which should be on there at some point.

Started on 08/08/14. The first 10 games were Crusader Kings II, F.E.A.R., XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Sid Meier's Pirates!, The Walking Dead (Season 1), Left 4 Dead 2, Borderlands 2, C&C Red Alert 3, EVE Online and Empire Total War

Yeah I missed Empire, never really played any of the Total War games but I would've grabbed that if it was cheap enough. Can't seem to get back to any of the first 10 though. Not really interested in Shogun. Thanks btw. :)

I found Spec Ops the line to be rather confusing.

i think the main character you played went nuts and rampant psychosis set in after he killed the civilians with the WP near the beginning and the rest of it, whilst semi-real, was mixed up in his head and his guilt, along with the psychosis had him imagining that Konrad was still alive when in fact he'd been dead for weeks, if not months?

It makes sense until the big reveal at the end. Then when you start thinking about earlier events, you notice all the plot holes, and nothing makes any damn sense at all :p

Bunch of text with a multiple choice. Not worth the time.

I think you missed the point of it just ever so slightly.

Just did a run through it, and it's very much worth the time for anyone who has trouble understanding what depression does to a person.

I'm not sure I'd recommend it too much for sufferers, though. It's brought up a few things I'd rather have kept buried.

I knew what I was going into because I read the reviews. It felt more like one of those surveys you randomly find on the internet than anything else. I actually tried to 'play' the game, but from the get go, the best answer was always blacked out, leading my choices to obvious depression.

Personally, it offered me nothing new regarding depression. I had a vague idea of what it entailed and it was really more of what I thought it was.

Hopefully some it helps someone who is suffering from depression, but for people who know what depression is, it is quite boring. I HONESTLY thought it would have been a very slimmed down version of The Sims, something like The Stanley Parable.

The fact that you can't select some answers is the point. It's to show that it's sometimes physically impossible for a sufferer of depression to do the best thing to help them. When the best option is unavailable, it illustrates that depression is not something which can be treated as easily as some people think.
