took them i think it was 3 weeks to refund me on an item they had on sale and then claimed it was a misprice....certainly not excellent from my experience.

Well at least you got a refund, try getting one on Steam

i see your point but at the same time, steam give you a key when they sell you a product, gamersgate just took my money and provided no key.
claimed it was a misprice so would issue a refund and it took about 3 weeks for the refund to come through after repeatedly bugging them.
