I just tried it, and it works fine, though it does not work on games on the VIP section but as you can see in the pic in works on games on offer.
yeah it was the vip games i was trying it on. don't know whether to bother with dishonoured or not, it'll probably just end up sat in my steam library for eternity.

Missed out on Shadow Warrior by (holds fingers close together) "This Much" and the price went up before I could complete the transaction

Last time I ordered from nuuvem I didn't need any vpn or anything, just paid via paypal (think last game I bought from there was gauntlet)
