Which assassins creed is best? Might be tempted to pick one up if it's really worth it, so long as it doesn't require uplay. Like what I've heard about the first one, but doesn't say it supports windows 7 anywhere on the steam page.

Any thoughts?

Does anyone know a cheap place to get starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm.

Many thanks.

You can get the combined WoL and HotS for £35.53 at G2play, £19 on it's own for HotS.

I bought the combined pack myself and registered them on battlenet, so it definitely works.

Either 2 or Brotherhood are by far the best imo. Heard nothing but bad things about 3 and I never rated Revelations myself.

Black Flag is awesome too but obviously a lot more expensive. Worth it though just for the whole pirate on the seas thing which is a nice break from the actual Assassin's Creed parts of the game :p

I haven't played it yet but I bought Assassins Creed 2 recently based on positive reviews and a good price :D

AC2 or ACB are probably the better games, if you buy AC1 (on steam) it doesnt require any uplay activation. The game runs well on windows 8, so would imagine the same for win 7.

AC1 is still the best game overall. You can buy the retail version cheaply its the only one which does not require Uplay.

AC2 is the worse followed by Brotherhood. AC4 looks the best but lags badly on a high end GPU

AC1 was very average. You had 3 copy paste cities with some land in the middle and a wafer thin story. AC2 was miles better (no pun intended :p).

Anyone know cheapest place for Steam key Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2? out tonight.

Direct from Steam for £26.99 probably, if you don't mind waiting for a boxed copy GMG have it for £23.99. You may get a Steam key cheaper from a random key seller website though.

AC 1- Very enjoyable intro to the series, might feel dated but worth playing.
AC 2/Brotherhood - I never played although heard good things about AC 2.
AC 3 - Appalling.
AC 4 - Fantastic, although arguably because I love being a pirate!

Id have disgare - personally I Did enjoy ac1 but found ac2 to be a great improvement and really enjoyed it along with brotherhood, didnt enjoy ac3 atal and i have played enought of ac4 at a mates to know its a great game too, just personal opinion :-)

+1 for AC2, I felt it was an improvement on the first game in every possible way and although a few aspects felt slightly "bolted on for teh kidz" (upgrading your little country-estate and costume springing to mind) it addressed most of the problems the first game had
