Isn't cdkeys one of those shady ones where you could have your key removed by Steam?

Never had any issues myself and done a couple of pre orders through them. They accept paypal so you can always claim back if they do.

Resident Evil HD Remaster over at Uplay for £7.99 and any purchase at the store guarantees beta access to The Division. More importantly it activates on Steam
Already got it but that's a great price there.

I would wait it out for the steam Christmas sales just in case you can pick a better deal compared to the games that the key sites offer
