You sure? It didn't ask me for one and I went most of the way through the checkout, and it lists Steam as the DRM on it.

Do you have a Playfire account?

Since when?

Bought a few things from them in the past and it's always been straightforward

Yeah me too, but it demands a Playfire password now after logging in with my GMG credentials. You just cannot get past that screen without a Playfire password.

e: from reading around, it seems that GMG bought Playfire, and that all GMG customers (people with accounts) now automatically have a Playfire account with the same user/pass, but that some older accounts got messed up. Have opened a ticket anyway.

So it seems I have a Playfire account whether I wanted one or not... Don't even know what the hell it is.

Picked up KOTOR II for £2.09 on Steam yesterday. Think it's still up. Fancied trying it outagain after the big official patch a few months ago (recommended requirements now i3 or A10 CPU!!).

KOTOR 1 is the same price.

Like that steam worshop makes it really easy to install mods. Up and running with the restored content mod very quickly.

This happens to me every Steam sale.

I think - ooh that game looks good at that price - must buy it! Then I log into Steam - I already own it...

The Evil Within Limited Edition at Game for £2.99 delivered and Steamworks title.

Out of stock now :(

Anyone know if Tales from the Borderlands is going for any cheaper than £6.45? I enjoyed the wolf among us and the walking dead but not 100% sure on this one, my favourite character from the game (claptrap) doesnt even appear to be in it. So if I can get it a bit cheaper it'll be less of a waste if its not for me.

Had a look round for you cos I'm nice!

Anyway, doesn't appear to be. I have checked the normal sites and also

Remember the Steam refunds system. I have used it a few times now and it works really well. You need to make your mind up in under 2hrs and then can request a refund if the game is not for you. And 2hrs would be more than long enough for a Tell Tales game...

On Kinguin, below the recommended seller there are other offers. Are these worth considering as well?

I have bought a few from these.

It's the same as any other auction site really. If the seller has bad or few ratings beware! If they have 1000's of good ratings then chances are they will be fine.

I tend to get insurance on anything that's over a few quid. I have been sold a dud key once (and typically didn't have insurance).
