The migration is done via the mojang website, it's perfectly fine. If it wasn't there wouldn't be a migration option, ignore mr I hate G2A above hes clueless.
Yeah it's allowed and is done on the mojang website with their own migration option. It's migrating an old account onto a new one with is 100 percent legit.
