7 days to die for £7.59 on GMG is an absolute steal. I bought it a few months back for £18 or something and have clocked up 274 hours in it and I'm still not bored. Its more coop/sp orientated than pvp, voxel based zombie survival with an emphasis on tower defence to survive a big zombie attack that happens on the 7th day.

For Anime fans some great prices at Gamers Gate

first two years of it you could pick up some pretty neat bargains but last year showed to me its gone too "commercial" cant think of a better word. Lack of special offers. Think its past its best.
There's always some amazing deals, they are just very hard to get now that most people are well aware of it and there's widespread notification of what deals will be available.

In the US, Black Friday has always been an early bird game. All the best deals are ones that you need to basically show up at 2AM to get in line and hope that there isn't already a bunch of people in front of you(which there could well be). And now that Black Friday has become an online phenomenon, it makes it even more difficult cuz you cant just wait in line and secure a spot. You have to just hope that the site doesn't collapse when you try and buy an item as soon as it goes on sale and you can get your order in ahead of the other thousands of people trying to buy the same thing at the same time, since everybody can do it from the comfort of their own home.

Basically, there's still great stuff to be had, but it's just too difficult or too much of a hassle to deal with for most. It's been that way in the US for a long time, but the tradition is still as big as ever.

thats what I mean its like January sales, tradition, but pointless and over hyped.

So I'm thinking of picking up a few games on G2A but I'm a bit worried about it because I have heard some bad things about them. Has anyone used them in the past and did it all work out OK for you? I've used Kinguin before but I had some problems with their payment system and using PayPal so I'd rather not buy anything from them again and G2A has some really good deals on games that I want to get.
