If the sellers history / feedback looks decent, I'd say its as 'risky' as any other key selling outlet.
Bought a few (including AC4 for £7.50) without problem.

Any deals knocking around for Batman Arkham Origins?
Check the members market here on OCUK they often go for under £10 now but the game is seriously poor compared to Asylum + City I am not sure its even worth that sadly.
