I've been buying from CD Keys over the last couple of years and have had no issues.

So I highly recommend them also.

Tempted but how does the play anywhere work?

If its installed on the xbox but being played by a different live account, would it then be able to be played on the pc at the same time?

You can only play it on one Live account at a time, so if you are playing on PC and switch to Xbox you will get booted out of the PC version.

forza 3 £32.49 at the minute, thats cheap from microsoft considering it was £50

This is somewhat tempting, but I am going to hold out and hope it comes to steam as a full package maybe 6-12 months down the line. By then I will have a GPU that can run in 60fps easily at 4K also with max settings :)
 
As in opposed to just paying with a debit/credit card as per previous?

Do you guys pay with Paypal accounts or use Skrill/debit card check out payments?

I doubt this ever comes to Steam. FH3 is mainly for Xbox so it is part of the Universal Windows Platform / Cross Play system.
