I don't think any kind of discount would make me want to have the crappy DRM called Denuvo on a game.

Corrected as most people won't care. Yes, on a computer forum it will create a lot of noise but it doesn't affect my playing or enjoyment of the game.

Oddly enough, there were loads of complaints of steam, gog, twitter & several other (not only) gaming forums.

Each to their own though.
 
Genuine question, but why. I'm sure I must have a few games with this, what issues is it supposed to cause me?

Just scaremongering. If the DRM worries you, just install the games that use Denuvo on to a HDD rather than an SSD. Rumours were that it borked SSDs with continual read/writes but this was never proven.
