I'm pretty certain you will get to keep them. You don't need to subscribe to Twitch Prime to use Twitch. And the games appear in your Twitch library in exactly the same way as if you buy them.
Yeh, but you have option to subscribe just to twitch and dont have to use amazon prime, so i was thinking you would still have to at least subscribe to twitch if not amazon prime.
I have just subbed as wanted an item from Amazon. I linked Twicth and PUBG to get the Dead Mouse loot box. I have added a couple of games as well but am 99.9% sure you will not get to keep them...
