Hi chaps, some help needed!...

When I try and restart my computer, It will take a while before it actually restarts (longer than im used to). I only have a few programs running and I know I could turn each one off and find the problem by process of elimination, but was wondering if you lot know of any program that might help me find the problem?

Running on XP 32-bit with all latest updates
cheers:)

It might not be a particular application, it could be a service that is acting up too.

Can you think of anything you installed in the last couple of days?

The only real way you can get to the bottom of this is to use MSCONFIG, disable all services and startup items, then switch em back on a few at a time. You can save some time by "hiding" the MS services before you disable the rest.
