At least take some screen shots when it crashes (use a camera!) and then contact your card manufacturer's support center. Ask to RMA the card and explain exactly what happens. They should be able to give you advice or recognise if it's an issue with hardware.
I sent mine off for RMA two days ago.
PRO TIP: Request for "Cross Shipping"; this is the term used for your ATI manufacturer (not sure if all manufacturers provide the service) to take a deposit fee from your credit card and they will literally post you a refurbished card in the mail before receiving your RMA. If they don't receive your defective card in the mail before 30 days then they don't refund the deposit. This ensures that you're not waiting for weeks on end without a video card, but more importantly that you receive a refurbished unit regardless of what they find.
