PC keeps crashing when on a game (kinda)

Whenever I try get on FM2011 lately (past 2 days), my comp will just **** up. It will pretty much just crash (what I mean by kinda is, I can still move my cursor but it is VERY laggy and the cursor will move about 10 seconds after I've moved the mouse, so I have to restart by pressing the power button)

I've tried defragging, reinstalling the game and system restore. Don't know what else to try. Anyone got any ideas? If any system info is needed let me know and I'll post what you need.

Post your specs.

Is anything overclocked? Just by how you have described it, it sounds like the video drivers have crashed and are trying to restart. Can you try any other games?

Nothing is overclocked. And I don't have any other games installed to try. I only play the FM series.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4GHz
Asus P5VD2-X motherboard
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
4gb ram

anything else needed?

Try updating your video drivers. Click

Open the installer and selected advanced install. From there select perform clean install.
