For the last month now my PC has been randomly crashing. Generally the mouse pointer will suddenly disappear and the computer will just be unresponsive until finally restarting itself. Sometimes the mouse pointer reappears and it seems to sort itself out. A couple of times this blue screen has appeared. Is that characteristic of any particular piece of hardware?
