PC Locking up after around 20 mins of gameplay

I only used the Windows memtest. However I think I may have an idea what the issue could be.

I think the CPU VRM maybe overheating. They are watercooled but I remember i really struggled to get a good contact when I was first installing all my components and maybe the contact was not as good as I thought.

I am going to check those out.
