The -40c reading is what it showed in the bios, so I'm assuming it's just misreading the temp or amd have developed a sub zero heatsink and fan

Right spoken to the retailer, they are rma'ing mobo cpu and memory for replacement

Thanks to all who posted hopefully the replacement stuff will work
