PC not booting

Changed my ram speed from 3000mhz to 3200mhz and now it gets stuck on the bios page where it says press del for set up menu etc .

What should I do ? I'm assuming I need to get back into the bios and change it back but I'm stuck at the bios screen

If you take out the cmos battery on motherboard and refit it will reset bios. That worked for me when i was messing with ram and it wouldn't boot.

Thought so. I have done that now its saying preparing automatic repair.

OK I turned the PC off, tried taking the CMOS out but only slightly.
Turned back on, went into BIOS, changed back to 3000Mhz and now it's fine.

Lesson learned. Don't try overclocking 2400mhz ram any further than 3000mhz

If you mean windows let it do its thing. No idea if that's a bios thing sorry.
