PC not working...

does your PSU support what ever CPU you got in there? any short circuit?
i dont know lots about fundamental computer mechanics but its most likey the board isnt getting much power.

and rr consider sending it back before you do much.
 
sounds like the power connector may be shorting, possibly try and reconnect everything?

could the board be shorting on the back panel?

what psu and what components has he got, as these would help a bit?
