The PC is home to the best RPG's ever devised, it's a PC tradition!
 
Console. I can't be bothered with PCs these days and I don't get much time so consoles suit me better for the occasional blast here and there.

I've got a decent PC (E6600 @ 3.25GHz, 2GB RAM, 1.8TB HD space, 8800 GTX) but right now there just aren't any PC games that interest me enough for me to find the time for.

So my opinion is subject to change, but right now, it's consoles for me. Either way it doesn't matter as I have the choice of all of them anyway :)
 
I can't be bothered with any recent game on any platform to be honest but if I had to choose I would say PC every time, purely due to the freedom really. I don't particularly like being put in groups with Australians and Americans when I could easily choose myself a nice UK server from a list (good old Halo 2(the last console game I tried playing online))
 
If you want to reproduce graphics like the 360's Gears of War you'll need one hell of a high specced computer.

Probably costing 10x the amount of a £150 new Xbox 360
