PC performance issues?

Looking for a bit of help as I'm a novice when it comes to PCs still.

Recently tried overlaying information from MSI afterburner due to poor performance in warzone and it doesn't appear the CPU/GPU is ever hitting 100%. Screenshot below.

My system is...

2600x stock
Vega 56 overclocked to 1662
Samsung 860 pro 1TB
Teamgroup 3000 16gb dual channel

The only thing that looks odd to me is the RAM is showing as 920 (in cpuz it shows as 1190), so I'm assuming 2000hz? I have it in slots 2 and 4 and xmp enabled.

Any ideas or anything else I can check / do ?

What resolution and refresh rate you gaming at and What fps are you getting ?

In the screenshot above (apologies if it's not working), 90 fps, but majority of the time I'd say around 60-70 is normal in warzone. Playing at 1080p, I have a 144hz monitor, but it's not touching near that.

Edit - I play on low settings with everything low/disabled.

If cpuz says ram is 1190 it's double data so its running at 2400mhz, you need to go into the motherboard bios and set xmp profile to 3000mhz.
