We ranked really highly (92% overall) in the recent PC Pro Excellence Awards 2012 and beat most of the big high street names too, so we just wanted to take time out to say a huge thank you to all of our forum members who took time out to vote for us; you guys are awesome :)

It's great to see that our renewed commitment to providing industry leading levels of customer service is paying off and we'll continue with this commitment moving forwards because having happy customers makes sense and makes us happy too!

I am not suprised to see you where you are in that list, I have ordered from some of them and had terrible experiences with them which put me off, where OcUK been brilliant everytime. I am with panyan, my suprise is some of the people below you who I would expect to be much higher.

I just wish my work would deal with OcUK, had a nightmare getting a graphics card last week.

I actually wanted to know where a certain competitor stood compared to everyone else but they arent even on it! xD
 
1% off a highly commended (gazumped by John Lewis fanboy grannies) just shows how far you've come in terms of customer service. Keep the good work, crazy deals and more importantly, haribo coming and youl surely do even better next year
 
The fact you beat "the most valuable company in the world" is just epic in itself. Job well done chaps. :)

Certainly not surprised about the lower end lot.
