I'm not sure if anyone here visits HotUKdeals but I've noticed that there sometimes seems to be a significant amount of negativity towards OcUK in the comments when OcUK deals are posted, especially regarding customer service (faultless in my experience over the years), which can put people off, especially new customers. Hopefully these awards will show the complete opposite is true.

I've seen this about as well, simply not true in the slightest, some of the comments sound that bitter that its probably sabotage.

Always room for improvement but im happy to see OCUK up that high! I been with you for 5 years and only had issues ever with 1 order.

Although, i have not received my Haribo on my last 3 orders :( lol
 
Glad to see OCUK near the top, although OCUK, you need to employ more warehouse staff as even in your current warehouse it's taking 24+ hours from placing an order to it being marked as "Shipped"
Might just be me, but my last couple orders have been 1-2 days longer in coming than the normal speedy service I was used to.
