For teh past few days my computer has not been working properly.
I turn it on and get this...
This, however, does not happen all of the time but it happens 9 out of 10 times and i have to turn the PC off and back on again in the hope it will load up as normal.
I've changed VGA cables and graphics card but it still happens and only loads up properly after along time of turning off and on again. When it finally does boot up properly the image is fine and i can see everything.
I think the PC is loading up fine but im not getting the feed from the PC to the monitor when i get the streaks....?! But i would have thought changing VGA cables and graphics cards would have solved that issue so the problem is not with the GPU...i think.
What could the problem be?
