well i just cleaned out my pc, dust etc..

anyway i went to open coretemp, the numbers sorta spazzed out and pc shutdown and turned itself back on :(

the fans are all connected right?

can anyone help :/

Sounds like an error with coretemp is putting the computer into auto shutdown fom overheating. As long as all the fans are working and your temps are fine in the bios? Does the compputer run normally without core temp?

okay speedfan seems to work, even though the speed of fans.. my pc would be flying off :p

Could this be the problem? The fan on the back of the case is currently connected to PWR_FAN, where I think it should be connected to CHA2_FAN.

What you guys think?

Someone posted a similar problem a few days ago, and he found the problem to be the memory. He must have knocked stick when cleaning, but after he reseated the memory, all was well again.

I suggest you try reseating yor memory and any cards (graphics etc) you've got plugged in.
