PC problems, help?

Ok ive been trying to get through to overclockers system support all day with no luck! so ill try here see if anyone can help!

I bought a full system from OC just under 10months ago, All i do is play 1 game on it at a time, and use msn etc. Currently playing warhammer online.
Was doing lostvale last night when my PC kept restarting itself, it done this several times and its done it a few times this morning aswell!

Also, now on startup it comes up DHCP then goes full stop, loading cursor, full stop, loading cursor over and over for roughly 3mins so you end up with this

DHCP . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Then it saids PXE-MOF - Exiting PXE MOF

And then finally starts up after a long wait. Also sometimes it will get past the DHCP and will tell me there was a CPU fan error.

I dont want to open up the case or take a look in anyway as i dont want to compromise my guarantee.

Any ideas what it could be? im naff with the technical sides of PC's so any help would be very much appreciated.

seriously? its only 10months old...

Anyone with any experiances of systems going wrong after a while and wot OC do in those circumstances?

I had to get intouch with the sytem support guys the other day. They dont have a on-phone queuing system and its basically if the line is engaged, keep trying until you get through.
 
Not a good idea buying an overclocked computer imho being "naff" on the technical sides computers. Keep calling, by law they have to fix it or replace it for 1 year if you have not done anything to it.
 
i understand its 1 phone, but i just cannot get through, even if i spam it over a 10min period!! I tryed at 10pm last night aswell and instead of just ringing out i still get the same problem, its a busy tone... :mad: :mad:
 
Thats deffinatly your start up problem, I just tested mine with it set to boot from network. So you just need to change your boot order in the bios. Well you need to see if your fan is actually working....if it isnt that will explain your restarts
 
i really dont even want to open the case, i mean it could just be dust clogging it up but i dont want to compromise my guarantee in anyway by touching anything, so ill leave it be and if i can ever get through to this painful, pathetic one phone for the whole of system services then ill get em to replace!

it's normally F2 at the start up. it will tell you on screen what button to press at start up. You should be fine just opening the case it won't break anything...you will have to do it one day to clean it out anyway...if you want it to last long
