PC Problems! Reward within

Entire inside of the case is painted, and the stand offs were anodized. I'll try building it outside the case later on to rule this out, but I'm fairly certain it's an issue with the board! Cheers for the help however.
 
Well if JoeFX69 thinks I should get the reward, who am I to argue :) :)

I heard a general rule of thumb on here once - assuming the PSU is OK, if the motherboard can't tell you what's wrong (with its code of beeps/lights or whatever that particular mobo uses), then chances are the problem is the mobo itself. So yeah it looks like mobo RMA time :(
