After my problem of my PC not restarting, i.e NOthing happens when the POST screen should apear. So i have been narrowing down what could be causing this and came to the conclusion that it could be my PSU.

I have looked at everything and noticed it has more of a chance to POST if i remove one of my Graphics cards.
I have a Hiper Type R 580W, it is 580W so i doubt that i am overloading it with my set up so could it be faulty?

My hardware is

AMD Athlon 3800 X2
Asus a8n sli premium
2gb crucial ballistix RAM
twin 7800GT 256mb
80Gb IDE hdd Maxtor
300Gb Seagate barracuda

Well as it's SLI try removing one of the graphics cards, plug in the PCI-E power connector and boot it, if that works shut down and switch over the PCI-E power cable, this should let you know if the cable has a problem.
