Having been a fan of Simbin from back in the SCGT days I am a big fan of all the Simbin games. They are a little hard to play right now as I don't have a wheel, but they all rock.

As for RBR... man that is a hard game. I spent more then 20 or so hours on it and I could never get the hang of it. I find it more demanding then GPL ever was. But I guess I was really into the GTR mod for F1 2001 at the time, so I might have given up too easily.

Just tried that rfactor and I cant really get into it....I think lfs is better but im no hardcore sim player

Best racer on the PC for me is Need for Speed: Porsche 2000. It may not be a sim but it is the least arcadey of the NFS series and excellent fun.

Live for Speed - Demo (112Mb) It calls it the full version but acts like a demo until you unlock it. With cash.

Not a sim but a game i find really good for a quick blast here and there... and it is free, is Trackmania Nations.

Be warned it does seem to like to install StarForce but that can be removed once your done playing, and maybe even just once it is installed (though i haven't tried this).
